The Users section allows to view, invite and manage individual users access.

A quick view panel at the top resumes general information about the number of users and the estimated monthly payment.

Invite and Create Users

 

New users must be invited to the Hub and will be created at the same time in the listing.

Click Invite User or Mass Invite to add multiple users at once.

Fill in the form with an email address.

Once a User is created, the email address cannot be changed.

In the eventuality that it is highly required, an invitation with the new email will be necessary and a new user will be created.

 

Determine if you want the user to be an administrator.

Uncheck the Is enabled box, if you do not want yet to allow the access to a user.

In the Groups tab, if applicable, assign the user. Learn how to create a Group.

 

Once added, the invited user will receive an email with instructions to create a Devolutions Account.

At least one group must be created prior to a Mass invite and you cannot individually assign users to different groups in this feature.

Edit, Delete and Invite listed Users

 

In the Users feature of Administration, click on the edit icon next to a listed user to view, enable and change its permissions.

A User once deleted cannot be restored and will lose all the data recorded in Private Vault even if you recreate the account using the same email address.

Avoid this by using the Is enable option in the edit window of the users. It will count toward the number of monthly users.
